Sensitivity reading assesses authenticity and representation within your manuscript concerning potentially problematic content, stereotypes, prejudice, bias, and more.

​It is not an effort to permit or facilitate censorship. All authors have the freedom to write diverse stories and characters. My goal is to promote and strengthen accurate representation by assisting those who feel uncertain about a topic they are inexperienced in, or how they've written a particular character or depicted a scene.

​My experience is with: Black characters, LGBTQ+ characters, and mental health topics.

Service Deliverables​

A sensitivity reader's report of approximately 2 pages incorporating feedback on what has been done well and what may need more work. Suggestions for improvement are provided.

$0.007 per word (or $7 per thousand words).​
